Privacy and measurement choices
Basic server logs, including IP addresses and requests, support operation and security. We also count selected public-page actions in aggregate on our own site; these counts do not include form contents.
With analytics consent, we may use Google Analytics to measure visits to public business pages, guide views and downloads, and telephone-link taps. A tap is not a completed call. Google may receive IP address, device and interaction information and use cookies or similar technologies.
With analytics consent, we may use PostHog to measure public interactions without session recordings or person profiles. PostHog may receive an IP address for the connection, limited interaction details, and a temporary random identifier linking events in this tab until consent is withdrawn or the tab closes.
With marketing consent, we may use the Meta pixel to measure public business-page interactions and support marketing. Meta may receive IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and public-page interactions, and use them for measurement and marketing. We do not send form contents or case information through this tool.
Your choice is stored locally on your device. Selected campaign labels, the public landing page, the referring origin and a random session identifier may be stored for the browser session to assess source; other query values are not retained for that purpose, except a validated Meta click identifier when marketing is permitted. Reject optional tools or withdraw consent at any time through Measurement settings in the footer. Clearing local storage may make the choice appear again.
