The advisory process / Saleem Legal Group
From a question to a defined scope.
A general explanation of the request process. Documents and steps depend on the matter. The lawyer handles assessment and advice; the team coordinates communication and appointments.
A defined question and initial information
Briefly identify the decision, the relevant entity and any important date. Do not post private facts or documents in comments. The team coordinates an appropriate communication channel; administrative intake is not legal advice.
The lawyer reviews acceptance
The lawyer assesses fit, scope, parties and conflicts where relevant, and identifies the information needed. Receiving a request does not mean accepting it or beginning a professional relationship.
Scope and fees are agreed
Before work starts, the requested service, documents, responsibilities, fees, limits and exclusions are defined. A booking request or an uploaded file should not be assumed to establish agreement on these terms.
Review and advice within the engagement
Facts, documents and applicable rules are reviewed within the agreed scope. Missing information, assumptions and limits are identified where needed; additional work needs an appropriate arrangement. No outcome or authority's approval is guaranteed.
A request does not confirm an appointment.
A contact form or day-and-period selection remains subject to office review and confirmation. Completing a form does not start legal advice. A lawyer-client relationship begins only after agreement and engagement.
Clearly identify any important court or regulatory deadline. Do not assume that sending a request suspends a deadline or preserves a right.
